How building washing works

Once an area has been made safe, we remove cobwebs and then use a powerful alkaline detergent foam to dislodge dirt and break down grease, oils, fats and other nasties.

The specialised Whirlaway attachment works on exposed concrete, liquid limestone, brick pavers or tiles – and won’t splatter dislodged dirt over your walls or windows.
Every Kleenit operator is highly trained and has a vast amount of experience in our high-pressure cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, mould removal, and building washing techniques, and understands exactly what needs to be done in each scenario to ensure your total satisfaction every time.

Multi-storey building washing

Commercial buildings – such as shopping centres, factories, petrol stations and apartment blocks – bring their own challenges when it comes to cleaning. Busy buildings need to be cleaned quickly, sometimes out of hours and there are health and safety concerns to consider.

At Kleenit, we’re used to the big jobs and can bring in multiple crews to get them done fast and with minimal disruption.

Our crews carry a special 7-metre telescopic lance to reach upper stories without the need for expensive cherry pickers or scissor lift hire.

Water is heated on the back of the Kleenit vehicles by a purpose made instantaneous heater, and is the only way to optimise cleaning results, particularly when oil stain removal, grease spots or mould removal are involved.
